Apologies for any typos as I am struggling frfr right now. Long story short I drank everyday after my Father/ Bestfriend passed away last year. How that I am sober I am going thru the grieving process all over again it feels like. This is terrible. It hurts so bad. The tears don’t stop. The chest so tight. The brain won’t shut up. The flashbacks to his last breath WILL NOT STOP. 💔💔💔
