Had to start over starting today on sobriety. I really messed up yesterday. The guilt & anxiety is something I never wanna feel again. I feel like such a terrible person & super irresponsible. Considering the fact alcohol has really ruined my life, I wanna stop completely. Ive lost loved ones & friends over this. I really wanna be sober & replace this vice with good habits. Maybe get back in the gym & make that my addiction again. I just wanna feel like me again. Feel like I’ve lost my entire identity… just downloaded this app today & wishing for a miracle.
