Today I am 1 day sober. I was told yesterday by my doctor that I have acute hepatitis in my liver and needs to abstain from usage. I used alcohol to help with the grief of losing my grandfather in 2023 and haven't stopped since. I have three kids so this is a choice I have to stick to, they deserve a healthier mom too. Its tough to grieve without substance but I can do this.
