Day 3 of not smoking, instead of smoking I tired the VELO pouches, and let me say just doing 3MG has made the world of difference for me! I’ve had 2 all day and I can honestly say that I haven’t had the urge to smoke, now the headache is there but no smoking so I’m happy with the progress!
