My now ex boyfriend of almost 1 year broke up with me yesterday, a day before my birthday. I was staying sober from any sort of drug and SH for him, so now it feels like I’m doing it for no reason. I’m about 8 hours clean now. All I want to do is talk to a random person, someone who doesn’t know my past and will be honest about my current situation.
