I went on a 3 day binge . Made myself sick and now I’m just feeling worse than ever . I don’t want to cry but idk how to process this . I almost slipped up and was about to go to the store to take the edge off but I know it’ll only make me feel worse …. I feel lost but I’m trying to stay positive . Any advice or help to get over this anxiety .
