As bad as it sounds I’m thankful for my last outburst whilst drunk because without that I wouldn’t know how badly I needed to change and what a bad path I was heading toward with alcohol. It’s made me want to get better. I’m thankful for my sister also who’s been helping me come up with things to do and start whilst in recovery to keep myself busy.
