This past week, I ended up in the hospital with pancreatitis, and it gave me a lot of time to reflect on my relationship with alcohol and where I want my life to go. I know this is something I need to take seriously, and I’m ready to make a change. I’m starting my sober journey today. I know it won’t always be easy, but I’m proud of myself for taking the first step. Here’s to healing, growth, and a healthier version of me. 🤍
