Hey everyone, It's my first day sober and I had a lot of those , just that now thing took a turn..my girlfriend dumped me cause of my toxic and abusive behavior and my alcohol problem that's the cause of all that.... it's hard to stay positive but at this point I have never been so determined and it's sad it took that ... anyway positive vibes!! :) take care Wish me luck
