I just got a call that’s rocked me to my core.. my old boss who might be my new boss (I was laid off and chance has it—he’s a director for a new company) mentioned I didn’t pass along information… which I sure did in the form of notes and walk throughs. I tried making training programs for my work, but failed to find time when my boss started sleeping & snoring at his desk. I slowly had to take over, running meetings, reports, daily to do lists for my team and training two people at once. I’m just discouraged as hell and now depressed.. can’t shake the feeling you know. I feel like I’ve failed. Mini dance party loading now. If anyone is feeling down let’s all turn on a tune and shake this shit away. Life isn’t fair, corporate America can fucking suck it, and so can the company that laid me off. Sorry you let go the one person drowning and still managed to keep the team afloat🤷‍♀️😖.
