Yes, it’s gonna be hard and very tempting but you need to tell yourself that you’re in control and you make the decisions and trust me. It’ll be worth it in the end. There’s gonna be false not everyone’s perfect night you know you can’t just quit automatically there’s gonna be you know times where it happens you know, but you said ago, and you put your mind to it.
