One month and 21 days sober from alcohol. I feel good. The winter/cold is coming to and end & spring just feels so refreshing. I have been reading and coloring/painting lots. I am going to start daily walking now. My relationship with my boyfriend feels strong and secure. I am not overthinking as much as before. Im excited to hit two months soon.
