I’ve had to quit smoking due to a medical condition and it’s been super rough cause I can’t even go back if I want to, it’s been my lifeline for 3 years 24/7 and it’s so hard not to go back but any time I do I just get more sick, I never thought I would quit but it got out of control so badly. I barely sleep at night and I’m angered all the time. But I keep trying to think, why go back if it’s going to make me more sick. Hard to look at life going forward because I don’t know what I’m going to do with it
