In a few hours I'm one week sober. Just now I got bad news and I'm not sure what to do. My usual response would be to grab the bottle, but I don't want to give up. I want to finish cleaning up my living as I was doing. I could also go outside for a walk to clear my head. But I've been staring out the window for half an hour frozen in indecisiveness.
