My schooling and spirituality practice. Even through addiction and prior to my addiction I have always held extreme passion for my education and spiritual practices. During my sobriety it is even more important and holds more meaning for me. I’m proud to block off time on my schedule for meditations and studying and being firm on these boundaries, as it also distracts me from opioid cravings and brings meaning to my life.
