Milestone reached on Sobo Alcohol: 1 week Probably the most intentional sober week I’ve had in my many tries of getting sober and clean. I also gave up nose candy, which was the easy part if i’m honest. I couldn’t breathe through my nose anymore anyway. But alcohol? Thats the hard part. Thanks for the community guys.
