late response but i wanted to thank all the nice replies i got on my post three weeks or so ago. i honestly haven’t been on this app at all but i should come back because its very helpful. thursday i’ll have seven months. i still miss dope, i’m still really depressed, but i’ve at least made some good sober friends in my outpatient. i’m just stressed like, getting off fent should make my life better yet now im facing homelessness (no fault of my own, my husband and i literally just requested basic living conditions to help to code) and i might get probation for my stupid shoplifting charge (like 150 worth of stuff that was mostly things i really needed from cvs). i know it takes time, it just sucks. and yeah still feeling like a fat blob from all the sobriety weight gain. anyways my main coping mechanism has been video games, especially hello kitty island adventure at the moment as it’s so relaxing. hope you guys are doing well 💖 i also quit using filters on photos which is really hard actually because everyone online uses filters and you have to literally relearn what you even look like
