Oh God! Day 2. Yesterday felt like I was being choked, and today I feel it in my chest. The urge is so strong! I’ve opened my browser numerous times, mostly out of habit, but haven’t acted. It’s killing me. I’m keeping busy but porn addiction is still on the forefront of my mind. Boredom or stress I’m wrapped up in both as I try to complete classwork or misc tedious projects. One day at a time.
