Three days since I drank, I was at a kids party with my kids. Drank so much I blacked out eventually after causing drama with my partner in front of the kids (not the first time ) if this isn’t a reason to stop idk what is. I like to say I’m a good parent and try my best any other day of the week but here I am some weekends. I feel sad, and guilt for what I could be traumatizing my kids with.
