Hi everyone, I’m starting my journey officially it’s been a rollercoaster, cocaine and alcohol have ruined my life, I’ve ended up in hospital countless times thinking I’m going to die, I’ve lost my apartment, my relationship all because of not taking care of myself 💚 I’m one month sober from cocaine today and 6 days sober from alcohol, I spent all last week in fight or flight with non stop panic attacks but today I feel stronger, I plan to eat a Chinese and watch my favourite show tonight, my journey is far from over, but I want everyone to know one day it will feel less scary, rely on the people who really care about you, family friends even a dog or cat, ❤️🫶🏻 my journey is my own , god I hope this is anonymous , but yes I’ve a long way to go but I never want to feel how I did last week again, not having control of your own body and thoughts is really messed up
