Milestone reached on Sobo Ketamine— 3 days, but Before that was three weeks, and when I did use it was in a nasal spray so I’m glad I did that. If anyone else has struggled with ketamine or are starting to, I have had quite the journey with it all the way almost to losing my bladder… feel free to ask for advice ^.^ idk if this is like that but I know how to help with the damage done and can help.
