I fucked everything up again. I am clean from amphetamines for over a month now. But I‘m not clean from the other stuff like ketamine or xtc. And I do think I might also have a problem with alcohol but I don’t know how to stop. Feeling like a failure. In my mind I was thinking I‘m clean from everything but I was just playing tricks on me.
