feeling in a weird place rn. i keep restarting and not sure what to do. feeling very lost with this. keeping up at work and with friends or family but not feeling good inside. knowing this isn’t helping me but the immediate grab towards it is hurting me mentally and physically. struggling with still being able to go out and have some fun but i know it turns into something else. just thoughts or support would be great. thank you for reading
