Failed myself this weekend. Trying a new strategy. I try to become perfect when quitting my substance and eliminate all “bad” habits”. Attempting to allow myself space to indulge in anything outside my substance. I know on e I have a few weeks in a naturally don’t desire other pleasures. Hoping it will not replace my habit, but allow me to get to a place where I can shift focus to whatever else I do next few weeks and rid that, but keep only primary focus on what I’m quitting first. -staystrongwise
