I have finally hit being sober for 3 months !! My first time ever getting sober! I started when I was 13 and have struggled with alcohol and drugs ever since, after dealing with being around alcohol and drugs my whole life but now I’m having to watch that same very person deal with a mental illness due to the drugs. I realised I had to stop otherwise the next person will be me! Drug psychosis is scary and I don’t want to go down the same foot steps as both my mum and dad. ❤️
