I drink alone, by myself in my room. Usually before I go to bed. It doesn’t matter whether I have school the next day or not — and I only have one friend of which I can drink with socially. I’m a Christian, and I understand how what I’m doing is harmful to me and my relationship with God, yet drinking is a guilty pleasure of mine. I don’t drink until I black out; only enough for me to feel tipsy or drunk. I feel incredibly guilty for this habit I’ve developed and I can’t find it within myself to commit to stopping.
