That’s a good question, I’m at day 67 of sobriety from alcohol, it’s been over a week since I’ve really acknowledged that and the weight loss, maybe when I hit day 60? But even then I didn’t really feel proud. I still feel guilty. Not sure why? I’ve got everything going for me, but just as ashamed of myself.
