2 and a half months sober after a almost year worth of a slip up after 8 years sober. i'm feeling great! but i picked up a vape habit about two years ago, and i really want to quit. i don't know where to start i've tried cold turkey (that worked with alcohol the first time) and it's working now. anyone have suggestions on how to quit the nicotine?
