30 days strong!! Not even a sip. My work life has significantly improved!! I unfortunately broke up with my boyfriend this weekend though because it wasn’t working. Things got too heated. Early recovery is nearly impossible in a toxic relationship. I’m heartbroken but I have so much more clarity now. Things do get better. But they have to be hard first. Sending light and love.
