I have gone almost a whole month sober, and while I have done challenges like Dry January in the past, it all felt much harder than this time. Over this past 4 weeks there have definitely been moments that were more challenging than others, but on balance the ability to say no and choose myself has been getting easier and easier. I am proud of myself for committing to this, and grateful for this app + community to be my partner in crime and accountability buddy throughout this journey. It is so helpful to feel like we’re in this together.
