The emotion that has been loudest for me lately, would have to be sadness. I’m 3 days sober and I feel like crying every time I lay down to go to sleep at night. I cry over everything. The second loudest is anger for sure. Anger has been getting the best of me recently. But hey, I’M SOBER!!!
