Tomorrow will be one week. I have not gone more than 2 days in 13 years. Started out a bottle of wine, then a mixed drink while walking the dog. To drunk every night. To slowing it down after being ruffied. But still drunk at least a few times a week and drinking all day everyday. To a drink or two a night. To being told I have cerious. I walked out of the drs. drank my last purse nip . And haven't had a drink since. Scary my father found out he had lung cancer smoked his last cigarette and died 18 months later. I figured if he quit smoking that way I will quit drinking the same. And make other health changes, to hopefully make a little long. He died 21 days after turning 51. I will be 51 this year.
