Day 2. Im taking things really slowly as it’s Easter holidays so making most of not having pressure of getting my teens up and to school ( one has autism and is tricky to get out of house and the other is depressed and spending large amounts of time in bed) and I have less music tesching too so although more time is also hard the pressures often tip me over. I cleared a chair in my room and hsve made toolbox to go with it ( containing blankets, colouring, books etc for different parts of ourself) and making us sit at times in chair to practise using it to calm so when triggered will be easier to get there… like creating a safe base …
