Ppl will tell you oh it’s so easy and withdrawal is nothing. Claiming they or you can quit anytime if you want. It’s not easy, all drugs have uncomfortable withdrawal and it will feel impossible. So be proud of every hour every day you can stay clean. It is a big deal and a huge accomplishment. It’s gonna hurt but keep trying
