I’m not allowed to respond twice to today’s daily prompt but I have something that mayyyy or may notttt be useful to anyone lol. The prompt was what do you do when you can’t sleep, my answer was: Sometimes I go on YouTube, look up sleep ambience/white noise videos and read the comments. I would recommend this for anyone who’s up late at night thinking because the comments are full of people wishing and hoping the best for others. Words of encouragement, stories of triumph, etc etc. plus the videos themselves are relaxing. I’ve never told anyone I do that because it’s kind of like my own little self help habit, but maybe it can help someone out here!
