Hey guys first day that I’m trying to quit cannabis for a job! Remember that the cravings you feel get stronger the more you entertain the thought of them. Distractions are vital for quitting whatever you are struggling with. As soon as you recognize that you feel a craving think of a chore to do, or something creative like drawing or writing, and put your focus into it. Remember, THE IDLE MIND IS A DANGEROUS PLACE!!!!
