lwky kinda concerned…. i’ve solidified the fact tht im in an intense mixed episode (BP). frequent, dramatic mood swings, draining the life outta me, constantly between super high n super low (+ other symptoms) since abt wednesday. i haven’t slept AT ALL for 3 nights in a row. i cant fucking turn my brain off and it’s so. fucking. much. constantly. last time this happened, altho i was on day 5 w/o sleep, i was prescribed klonopin - n i already haven’t been making great decisions.… i left my physiatrist a voice mail but FUCKK
