So the spouse asked me today if I’m drinking tomorrow because of the Fourth of July and I played drums and two bands. I said no probably not, I’m trying not to after 34 days. But a lot of the most fucked up shit comes out of the spouse’s mouth which really triggers me to drink. my thought is if I can emotionally understand her delivery just sucks, and she probably cares, I know I don’t need it, so diet soda for me.
