Quitting drinking has got to be one of the hardest things I’ve ever done and I’m actively watching my dad kill himself with fent. Things will get better and there is people who care even if it’s a complete stranger you needed to vent to either online or get the courage to talk to someone in public I promise someone will sit and listen.
