Yesterday was day 1: I was sick as a dog all day long Day 2: feeling a lot better physically but Cravings are starting in a bit and it’s a Friday so hopefully I can find some tasks around the house to do to keep my mind and hands busy. Going to try and keep updating this to hold myself accountable
