I am 1, 7 day cycle and 4 days sober from cannabis. I didn’t even give myself credit for the 4 days not knowings it’s been that long. I have no cravings for it, but I noticed my craving for black &molds has increased tremendously. I’ll celebrate the small wins and give myself grace for the addictions I’m still looking forward to releasing😮‍💨
