My alcoholic father texted me an insult as a joke. I told him it wasn’t funny and I wasn’t going to put up with it. He responded with a narcissistic playbook of abuse. I blocked his number and haven’t spoken to him since. That was 7 months ago. Until he can treat me with respect, he doesn’t get to have access to me.
