I’ve had like 50 day ones over the last two years. The last few months I haven’t been able to get to two weeks. It’s around day ten that I start to forget why I’m doing this and then a few minor inconveniences and I’m back to drinking. But I’ve been doing it alone and I need to accept that that way is just not working. I know I’m not even close to alone in dealing with this feeling so here’s me reaching out 💕
