Open minds and honesty , sharing our stories. That is what this journey is about helping build each other up, because we are not alone everyone has something we are dealing with. Even if we are having a good day or a bad day I feel this is a no judgment zone and really like it. It is my 1st time on an app like this and I am 1 week and 6 days alcohol free, and I am very proud of myself. Doesn’t mean I don’t think about it but I am finding different ways to deal with my emotions rather than numb it with alcohol.
