Here it is Friday and my constant fight. The weekends have been the biggest issue for me. I have made it all week and like a constant cycle the urge rises every day until I just cave. I want this weekend to be different. I have managed a Friday before but having a whole day off proves to be the biggest hurdle. Hoping having this app could be the trick to help break the cycle.
