I’ve been sober for 3 days. Literally had to call an ambulance because I thought I was having a heart attack. My anxiety is much lower than it was a couple days ago but somehow even after all that I still want to drink tonight. The urge is strong. Why does my brain do this man. Just help me for once brain.
