Making connections and engaging in conversation still really hard for me. I am 4 months clean off benzos, those pills were giving me everything like interesting people, free meals and many new clothes. Having nothing of these again makes it a lot harder in life. Knowing I was becoming nothing, but just a stupid junkie girl with no strength and destroyed brain cells. This knowing keeps me afloat and sober.
