3mo & 23 days sober, the longest ive gone in 10yrs. i honestly can’t imagine 4 mo, but 4 is my fav number so ig i gotta lol. 1yr tho? i wanna get there, i wanna see tht on my screen, i really do. but 12 months straight?? all of this, all the up and downs, the constant turmoil, for almost 4 consecutive months - tripled?! y does it seem so unattainable? ik it’s 1 day at a time, trust me i remind myself >10x on a daily basis, but it seems so crazy. for all the 1 yearers out there, how did u feel in the first few months? does / did ur brain stop screaming, did it start to whisper? plz lmk xoxo big overthinking n someone w a lot of self doubt P.S. proud of u, where ever u are on ur journey🫂
