I decided to be sober and not smoke or drink or take Benadryl and really quit because my best friend I’ve been lashing out on her and I’ve made her cry this week and I’ve just felt so emotionless and Hurt by the things I’ve been going through and I’ve been taking pills and smoking and drinking to cope to feel good and when I don’t drink, I feel sad and today I saw how much that affected my best friend and I decided I can’t do that to her and I can’t hurt her and if I’m not gonna change for myself, then I’m have to change for the person I love most which is my best friend.
