What advice would I give someone on day one the same advice I gave myself don’t do it. Don’t do it. Don’t do it. It’s hard on the first day because you’re like super tempted like and it’s like if you do it if I take one little hit who’s gonna know but it’s like you’re gonna know because it’s gonna be in your conscience and especially if you have another half that’s sober and clean like you just can’t do that even if you don’t have somebody that’s sober and cleaning your life, you still can’t do it like all it does is fuck up your brain and fuck up your body to wear when you do get sober. You start noticing a bunch of weird shit going on with yourself, but it feels good to feel so I know that sometimes we use because we don’t want to feel shit, but it’s OK to feel even if it’s the worst going in the whole world at least you got to feel it and experience it
